WRONG ADDRESSES

If the address you gave us is wrong, causing the package to be undelivered, we will be happy to re-send your purchase again. You will however, be responsible for the shipping cost.

RETURNS POLICY

We really believe in giving you the best ordering experience! If any of your products are defective, you can return it to us for a free replacement. If you wish to return an item because it was not what you thought it was or you simply ordered the wrong item, there is a 15% restocking fee.

For returns, please send an email to rma@pythontech.com and we will respond as soon as possible with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please include the following when requesting an RMA number:

1. Your name
2. Your order number
3. List of defective products and a description of the defect
